Hi, nice to meet you!

My name is Alexis Magalei. I love to learn and teach new fitness techniques. Continual growth and building strength in the mind and body is something I love and want to share through personal training. My favorite motto is “Everything Matters”.

When I was two and a half I was diagnosed with type one diabetes. From then on I was a hyper-monitored and hyper-determined child, who was set on doing anything she could, to show her disease made no difference in her life. This mindset got me pretty far in sports, STEM, and my studies, and this mindset of proving myself hit a pretty abrupt pause when covid occurred. I was quite chronically unwell often and that brought me to a shift where I wanted to determine what mattered most to me. During that time, I started karate with my Papou (Grandpa in Greek) and was able to slowly bring a more meaningful and fluid fitness back into my life. A year and half after my first karate class I was referred to Invictus Training Methods and met the Founder Mitch Bailey. From there, my mindset, physical capability to move with strength and speed, and my perception towards my goals improved fiercely. I am now in love with the absolute freedom that lifting, rotational movement training and personal training has given me. If you love building strength, whole body balance, and any of the amazing benefits from personal training, come join us here at Invictus Training Methods!
