Program Details:
Duration - 12 Weeks
Frequency - 5 Days Per Week
Necessary Equipment - Mace or sledgehammer, sandbag, some sort of flow tool, kettlebells, and a landmine
Primary Goals - Develop full spectrum endurance across all energy systems and push/pull/legs evenly; increase cardiovascular health by directly assisting muscles prone to blood circulation.
Secondary Goal - Improve gait and breath
